- The Registration Process: This is especially true for multi-day events. It is ideal for keeping it simple for attendees to register and get all the relevant updates and information for onsite/virtual activities each day and segment.
- Team Structure: (Virtual) Events may require multiple teams for the different platforms and the traditional management of the event. (Hybrid) You will have a team dedicated to your onsite management and another team for virtual components.
