Hybrid events are about delivering the best of both worlds. Planning a Hybrid event has the standard components of an in-person event with the addition of a virtual experience for online attendees. Similar to the 100% virtual events, you can add ingredients to enhance the experience for online attendees. Based on the “type” of event, you may implement all the virtual features to just a few.

    • Technology: Platforms you will use to deliver content to your audience.
    • The Registration Process: This is especially true for multi-day events. It is ideal for keeping it simple for attendees to register and get all the relevant updates and information for onsite/virtual activities each day and segment.
    • Team Structure: (Virtual) Events may require multiple teams for the different platforms and the traditional management of the event. (Hybrid) You will have a team dedicated to your onsite management and another team for virtual components.
  • Marketing
